Domino Shutdown to Release 8.5.2 upgrade plus Traveler 8.5.2 upgrade and restart: 13 minutes

In answer to your very first question, yes, I did this in the middle of the morning.  No, that's not how I usually do Domino upgrades for clients.  This was our Technotics site. But heck, it sure was FUN!  Whooo hoo!

Don't you secretly wish you upgrade right now and cut through all the bureaucratic baloney it takes to do this stuff?  What would happen if you did it?
My theory: It's a lot faster and easier to apologize than it is to ask permission.

Server shutdown occurred at 10:06.
Installed the Domino server and did the Traveler install right on top.  No uninstalls of anything.  No restarts until after Traveler was installed.  No errors. No issues.

Best part:
No errors and everything seems to be working.

Funniest part:
The recommendation from the Traveler install that I shut down the Domino server before continuing.

Who says engineers don't have a sense of humor?
